Job Position – Customer Service Representative

WORKING DETAILS
Working Hours: 9 hours per shift
Working Days: 6 days per week
Visa: Own Visa only – minimum 6 months validity required
Candidates must currently be in the UAE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle food orders smoothly and efficiently from placement to delivery.
Track orders and ensure minimum delays throughout the delivery process.
Provide real-time customer support regarding order status, delays, and issues through Zoho Tickets.
Coordinate with restaurants regarding preparation, availability, and order-related issues.
Assist delivery riders with address clarification and rerouting.
Resolve issues such as cancellations, wrong items, and missing items.
Follow SOPs for refund and cancellation requests.
Escalate technical, high-impact, and unresolved issues to the relevant teams.
Process order cancellations and non-deliverable requests accurately.
Ensure real-time and accurate order updates in the Food Support Page.
Identify and report system bugs, payment mismatches, and recurring complaints.
Coordinate with logistics/fleet teams for rider assignment and reassignment.
Follow standard scripts and communication protocols.
Meet order management KPIs, including Productivity, Average Handling Time, and Login Hours.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
English and Hindi speaking skills required
Strong customer-handling and communication skills
Must currently be in the UAE
Must have own visa with more than 6 months validity
Male candidates only
Ability to work 6 days per week
