Job Position – Customer Services Officer
Company Name – Pact Employment
Location – Abu Dhabi/ Dubai/ Sharjah
Salary – Upto AED 6000 (Based on experience)
-Be the first point of contact for customers—assist, guide, and promote our digital products and services
-Deliver exceptional, tech-enabled service with a warm and professional approach
-Educate customers on Smart Kiosks and digital banking solutions to reduce wait times
-Resolve inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience
-Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and provide valuable feedback
-Maintain service and facility standards in line with ADCB’s Service Excellence framework
What We’re Looking For:
-Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (Banking, Hospitality, or Airlines preferred)
-Excellent communication skills, email etiquette, and tech-savviness
-Friendly, confident, and shift-flexible with strong interpersonal skills
