Job Position – Debt Collectors
Company Name – Prime Group

Requirements:
UAE Driving license mandatory.
Bachelor degree
2 years experience in the same role.
Tally Accounting/collection Background is an added advantage
Familiar with Abu Dhabi / DXB Road / Routes
Documentation & Basic Computer knowledge (Ms office / Emailing)
Great Listener / Flexible to overcome and manage objections
Responsibilities:
· Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
· Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments
· Follow up on the collection of payment in coordination with the Group Marketing & Sales Manager.
· Locating and contacting debtors to inquire of their payment status
· Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
· Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
· Update account status and database regularly
· Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: AED 2500 – 3000 AED
