Location – Dubai, UAE

-Experience: 20+ years of experience in project management, specifically in web development projects.
-Project Planning & Execution: Lead web development projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
-Agile Leadership: Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies, facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and team accountability.
-Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, understanding their requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project status.
-Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and product managers, to ensure smooth delivery of the project.
-Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to the development team when necessary. Identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
-Resource Management: Allocate resources, define project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure that teams are functioning effectively.
-Performance Monitoring: Track and report project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Ensure that the project stays aligned with the timeline and budget.
-Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and user requirements.
-Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve technical and operational issues, providing leadership and direction to keep the project moving forward
-Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of web development technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and backend technologies such as Node.js).
-Scrum/Agile Expertise: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred. Proven experience in leading teams in an Agile environment.
-Project Tools: Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
-Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead projects to successful completion
