Job Position – Desktop Engineer

Budget: 6000 AED
Experience: 5 + Years of Experience (Immediate Profiles preferred)
L2: Minimum relevant 5 years of work experience on a similar platform/setup along with knowledge of Desktop Administration, MCSE certified, well-versed with ITIL principles, strong troubleshooting knowledge, good communication skills, command over English language, should be able to manage VIP users, Microsoft certified for Office and Windows OS support.
VVIP Support: 5+ years of relevant experience, well-versed with ITIL principles, strong hands-on and troubleshooting knowledge of Windows, MAC & Apple products, MCSE/MAC certified, excellent communication skills, must have prior experience in handling VIP users.
