Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and manage Windows Servers, including Active Directory ( hAD), DNS, DHCP, and FileServer.

Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Manage and support Office365 messaging services, including email setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Assist in the implementation and management of cloud solutions (Azure, AWS) as needed.
