With 5–8 years of experience, preferably within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in CRM systems and performance-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
-Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
-Oversee SEO/SEM and website performance.
-Plan and manage social media strategies.
-Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
-Manage and optimize CRM systems to enhance patient engagement and retention.
-Create automated marketing journeys and lead nurturing workflows.
-Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Requirements:
-5–8 years of experience in digital marketing
-Proven experience in the healthcare industry
-Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (patient lifecycle management preferred)
-Experience with marketing automation tools
-Strong analytical and reporting skills
-Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in healthcare marketing campaigns
-Knowledge of patient acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
-Data-driven mindset with strong ROI focus
