Job Position – E-commerce Warehouse Operations Executive

To manage and support our growing online business operations.
Location: AL QUOZ UAE
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily e-commerce warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
-Ensure timely processing of orders from platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.
-Coordinate with logistics partners and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment
-Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation
-Monitor returns, replacements, and reverse logistics
-Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward movements
-Maintain warehouse organization and follow safety standards
-Coordinate with the Accounts and E-commerce team for order and stock updates
Requirements:
-2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations in the UAE
-Experience handling online marketplace orders (Amazon / Noon preferred)
-Good knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel
-Strong coordination and communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
-Experience with ERP systems
-Immediate joiners will be given preference
