Current Job Vacancies
1) REVENUE EXECUTIVE:
– Track revenue, occupancy, and key KPI’s; generate regular performance reports.
– Assist in pricing strategies using market demand and competitor insights.
– Manage listings via PMS and channel manager; ensure accuracy and visibility.
– Conduct rate shops and suggest pricing adjustments based on trends.
– Coordinate with internal teams to align on pricing, promotions and availability.
– Preferably Arabic speaker.
2) INTERIOR DESIGNER:
– Design Expertise: Lead design projects for holiday homes, residential, and commercial spaces with a focus on style, function, and client vision.
– Client Collaboration: Understand client needs, present concepts, and ensure a smooth, satisfying design experience.
– Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, including budgets, timelines, and contractor coordination.
– Technical Skills: Produce plans, mood boards, and 3D visuals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar tools.
– Material & Trend Knowledge: Select furnishings and finishes, with a strong eye for trends in holiday and lifestyle interiors.
– Preferably Arabic speaker.
3) GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER:
– Guest Relations: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.
– Check-In/Check-Out: Manage guest check-in and check-out processes smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience.
– Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
– Maintain Property Standards: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the holiday homes are in optimal condition.
– Driving License & Experience: A valid driving license is required, along with prior experience in hotels or holiday homes.
– Arabic speaker is required.
