Job Position – Electrical Engineer

GCC experience is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.

Education & Qualification
-Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university
-Relevant UAE/GCC authority approvals or professional certifications will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
-Plan, supervise, and execute electrical works for MEP projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
-Supervise installation of LV systems, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, cabling, containment, lighting, power, earthing, and related electrical systems
-Review shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, BOQs, and material specifications
-Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other MEP disciplines for smooth project execution
-Prepare material requirements and coordinate with Procurement and Stores to ensure timely availability
-Monitor site progress, manpower, productivity, and material utilization against project schedules
-Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations
-Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities
-Identify technical/site issues and provide practical solutions to avoid delays and rework
-Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, technical documentation, and project records
-Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements, Permit-to-Work, LOTO, and electrical safety procedures

Candidate Requirements
-Minimum 4 years of relevant Electrical/MEP experience
-GCC experience is mandatory – candidates without GCC experience will not be considered
-Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, containment, earthing, and associated MEP works
-Good understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, load schedules, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals
-Familiarity with applicable UAE electrical regulations and authority requirements will be preferred
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering/project tools
-Strong site supervision, technical problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
-Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors while meeting project deadlines
-UAE Driving Licence will be an added advantage
-Immediate joiners will be given strong preference
