Job Position – Electrical Estimation Engineer
Company Name – Gulf Industrial Services
Initial Study of the project Tender Documents, specifications, drawings and Bill of Quantities, Scope of work & Raise clarifications to the client for any discrepancy or missing information from tender documents.
Cost Estimation and preparation of technical tender and commercial proposal.
Highly skilled in quantity surveying / materials and labor take-off on all project stages.
Initial strategy meetings with project, planning and engineering team to discuss the project execution.
Knowledge of local / international suppliers & prices gathering along with proper price comparison capability.
Participate in pre- tender meetings, site visits and preparing site visit report to analyze the project scope of work.
Must have good Knowledge of ADDC Rules and regulations in terms of Electrical scope.
Requirements:
B Tech – Electrical Engineer, with min. of 9+ years of Electrical Estimation Experience in MEP, Building construction/estimation within UAE-Specific Abu Dhabi.
Well versed with ADDC rules and regulations.
Additionally, anyone having experience in Oil & Gas along with MEP building construction/estimation would be advantageous.
