Job Position – Electrical Supervisor

Hospital Experience Required
With a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in the hospital industry, and a total of 10 years of overall industry experience, to oversee electrical maintenance and operations within our healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of electrical systems critical to patient care and facility operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical maintenance staff, including electricians and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure the continuous operation of electrical systems.
Conduct regular assessments of electrical equipment, wiring, and distribution systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with facility management and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance activities and address urgent electrical concerns in a timely manner.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in electrical maintenance and supervision, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in healthcare facilities or similar institutional environments.
Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications for a variety of equipment and systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
