Job Opening: Engineering Analyst, Dubai

Salary: AED 12,000

Engineering Analyst required to perform general analytical and support duties related to day-to-day workflow inside office and support mainly management on documents’ preparation, registering, archiving and correspondences with At least 2 years’ relevant experience
a) Prepare various cost reports for events/business sector, based on DEWA readings and bills, to track utilities billing and recovering events’ charges.
b) Track and Monitor the Utility consumptions and prepare variance reports on a monthly basis. Communicate the same to Engineers to get the rationale of the variance
c) Prepare Utility trends by segment (Location, Sqft, etc.)
d) Communicate with DEWA billing representative on monthly basis for estimation, aging reports, and actual billings, to sort out any discrepancies and recover them in the following months.
e) Maintaining a register of Engineering contract’s expiry dates to track down contracts due for renewal and raise purchase requests ahead of time.
f) Coordinate and follow up with section heads on various operational reports submissions, such as unplanned and urgent requests, monthly accrual, quality assurance check, monthly closing, etc. to compile/summarize and further communicate to the performance management team.

Candidate must be:
• Having an Engineering degree
• Good command of English language and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Advanced in computer applications (MS Office Excel, Word & Presentation
