Job Position – Engineering Supervisor

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
· Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
· Demonstrate a proven track record in a supervisory role within the hospitality or a similar industry, with a minimum of 3 years of mandatory experience in the same position.
· Possess a strong understanding of MEP Systems along with up-to-date knowledge of general and Guest room maintenance.
· Showcase the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time.
· Display exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
· Demonstrate the capacity to work independently and adhere to established timeframes.
· Express a passion for overseeing a variety of projects and tasks throughout the day.
· Have familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
· Must have experience in the documentation.
· Exhibit excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
