Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for reselling residential properties in the Communities business unit.

 

Job Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

  • Work on leads, including self-generated leads of community customers interested in buying or selling properties.
  • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Manage an inventory of properties, with comprehensive information location, upgrades, square footage, etc.
  • Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Present purchase offers to sellers.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Prepare Oqood, Title Deeds, NOCs, purchase agreements and other documents for each transaction.
  • Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with the MAFP CBU’s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times.
  • Ensure adherence to MAFP values and exhibit the same all the time.

 

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

 

  • College degree and 4 years of experience preferred
  • Strong brokers network
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Strong closing skills
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Committed to obtaining Real Estate license
  • Sales Force, Yardi or similar software experience
