Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for reselling residential properties in the Communities business unit.
Job Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Work on leads, including self-generated leads of community customers interested in buying or selling properties.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Manage an inventory of properties, with comprehensive information location, upgrades, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Prepare Oqood, Title Deeds, NOCs, purchase agreements and other documents for each transaction.
- Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with the MAFP CBU’s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times.
- Ensure adherence to MAFP values and exhibit the same all the time.
Personal Characteristics and Required Background:
- College degree and 4 years of experience preferred
- Strong brokers network
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Strong closing skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Committed to obtaining Real Estate license
- Sales Force, Yardi or similar software experience
