To drive adoption of Marketing Cloud Next, support business users, and ensure successful campaign execution. The role requires a blend of Marketing Cloud Next expertise, business consulting, user enablement, and production support.

Required Skills
-Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Flow Builder, Content Builder, Audience Segmentation, Campaign Management).
-Experience on Data Cloud (Data 360)
-Experience in user enablement, stakeholder management, and production support.
-Ability to translate business requirements into Marketing Cloud solutions.
-Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
-HTML email/template knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred
-Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications.
-Experience in Customer Engagement domains.
