Job Position – Estimator cum Procurement Officer

Qualifications.
Fit out industry with Joinery and MEP-experienced candidates will be considered only
– Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
– Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of fit-out experience with a UAE fit-out company
– In-depth knowledge of fit-out construction processes, materials, and costs.
– Experience in material management
– Good estimation track road of job confirmations
– Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit-out suppliers
– Good Knowledge of the Fit-out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas.
– Strong analytical skills to accurately estimate project costs and identify potential risks and opportunities.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
– Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.
– Familiarity with relevant construction contracts and regulations.
– Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
