Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of our prestigious hotel. The primary objective will be to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the property. By leading a team of housekeeping professionals, he/she will strive to exceed guest expectations, manage inventories, implement efficient cleaning procedures, and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury hotel setting in Dubai.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and industry standards.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Sound understanding of budgeting and cost control principles.
· Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., property management systems).
· Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
