A prestigious, large-scale 5-star luxury property in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) is seeking an exceptional, experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping operations from the front
The right person is a detail-oriented, proactive leader who balances impeccable operational standards with strong administrative oversight to deliver a flawless guest experience.
Key Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment.
-Market Knowledge: Strong UAE/local market experience is required to effectively manage regional operational nuances and supplier relationships.
-Leadership Style: A “hands-on” leader who is highly attentive to detail and balances floor operations with administrative duties.
-Problem Solving: A sharp, dynamic thinker capable of resolving issues on their feet to ensure a seamless and streamlined stay for our guests.
