Job Position – Executive Secretary

1 – Provide executive-level administrative support to the senior management team.
2- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
3- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
4- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and paper-based.
5- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
6- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion..
7- Screen and route incoming calls, emails, and correspondence..
8- Assist with reports, proposals, and presentations as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1 -Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
2 – Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3 – Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
4 – Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5 – Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
6 – High level of discretion and professionalism.
7 – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.
