For a well-organized candidate with good experience in day-to-day HR operations and Payroll to actively support to the Human Resource team of Fabtech Group. Someone who has experience in Recruitment would be an added advantage.
1) Admin Assistant – Apply Here
2) HR Operations
Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Administer benefits programs and address employee queries.
3) Recruitment
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Source and attract top talent through various channels.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to extending offers.
Qualifications: –
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
