Job Position – Facade Coordinator
Company Name – Imtiaz Developments
Qualifications Required
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
-4–8 years of experience in façade coordination, façade engineering, or construction projects with property developers, consultants, or contractors.
-Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
-Knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and façade systems.
-Familiarity with UAE/GCC building regulations and authority approval processes is preferred.
Skills Required
-Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
-Ability to review façade shop drawings, technical submittals, and mock-up details.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and project coordination software.
-Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
-Good knowledge of QA/QC standards, safety requirements, and façade installation practices.
-Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across different project teams.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-Understanding of sustainable façade systems and green building standards is an advantage.
-Ability to work effectively in fast-paced property development environments.
