Experience: 10+ years in Facilities Management
Employment: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day facilities and building operations
Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Lead FM teams, technicians, contractors and service providers
Monitor SLA, KPI, quality and operational performance
Manage budgets, procurement and cost control
Ensure HSE, statutory and regulatory compliance
Handle emergency response and business continuity
Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Facilities Management
Strong knowledge of MEP and building services
Excellent team leadership and communication skills
Experience managing contractors and vendors
Strong knowledge of HSE and compliance requirements
High-end residential and commercial projects experience preferred..
Relevant FM / Engineering qualification preferred.
