Job Position – Facility Coordinator
Company Name -The Hills Villages
Hiring for a proactive and customer-focused to join our team.
Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the daily maintenance and service operations across residential compounds.
-Handle residents’ requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
-Assign work orders to maintenance technicians and follow up until completion.
-Conduct routine inspections of villas, buildings, and common areas.
-Coordinate with maintenance teams, cleaners, security personnel, and external contractors.
-Arrange the procurement of required materials and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
-Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and material usage.
-Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and procedures.
Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred).
-0–3 years of relevant experience.
-Basic knowledge of maintenance systems, including air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems (preferred).
-Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
-Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Well-organized with the ability to manage daily site operations effectively.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other basic computer applications.
