Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Support Engineer to join our team, specialising in ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, IT, and Gate Barriers. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting annual maintenance visits, system configuration, and ensuring seamless operation of systems for all ongoing construction and upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular maintenance visits and system performance checks to ensure optimal system operation.
– Configure and upgrade CCTV, Access Control, IT, and Gate Barrier systems.
– Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
– Follow AMC procedures and policies rigorously.
– Prepare technical reports and correspondence via email.
– Work with VMS platforms such as Milestone, Hikvision, and Hanwa Tech.
– Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and guidelines using the SIRA portal.
– Collaborate with project teams during system installation, commissioning, and upgrades.

Requirements:
– Engineering certification (B.Tech, B.E. or similar).
– Proven experience in ELV systems, especially CCTV, Access Control, IT, and Gate Barriers.
– Strong troubleshooting skills.
– Experience with VMS platforms like Milestone, Hikvision, and Hanwa Tech.
– Knowledge of AMC procedures and policies.
– SIRA certification and familiarity with the SIRA portal and regulations.
– Excellent communication skills, especially in email correspondence.
– Valid driving license.

Preferred:
– Prior experience with construction projects and system upgrades.
– Ability to work independently and in a team.
