Job Position – Finance Manager

OCS Facilities Management is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee financial management, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and reporting across our UAE operations. This leadership role is pivotal in driving financial excellence, guiding a team of finance professionals, and supporting the growth and expansion of OCS within the UAE.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a Facilities Management company, as this knowledge is crucial for the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure the accuracy of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports in compliance with UAE accounting standards, IFRS, and regulatory mandates.
– Provide strategic financial insights to drive growth, optimize profitability, and enhance financial sustainability. Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes.
– Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
– Ensure full compliance with UAE tax legislation, VAT regulations, and corporate tax laws, while staying updated on evolving regulatory changes.
– Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and risk management strategies to safeguard financial stability and mitigate risks.
– Lead initiatives to streamline financial operations, including optimizing ERP systems and implementing process improvements.
– Oversee WPS transfers, payroll processes, and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
– Experience in preparing P&L for multiple projects across the business, ensuring financial alignment with project goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the UAE. Experience in a Facilities Management (FM) company is mandatory.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of UAE financial regulations, VAT compliance, and corporate tax laws. Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, preparing P&L for multiple projects, and cash flow management. In-depth experience with WPS transfers and payroll processes.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems, and accounting software.
