Job Position – Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
– Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE accounting standards.
– Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
– Perform month-end and year-end closings.
– Lead and supervise a team of junior accountants.
– Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expenses.
– Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
– Stay up to date with UAE tax regulations and compliance requirements.
– Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
Skills & Experience Required:
– Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role in the UAE.
– Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering / Contracting / MEP Companies.
– CBA certification is a plus.
– Proficiency in UAE accounting standards and regulations.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
