Job Position – Financial Analyst

You will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze
financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the
company’s financial performance.
Variance Analysis: Conduct variance
analysis to identify key drivers of financial results and provide
recommendations for improvement.
Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in the
preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, collaborating with
various departments to gather relevant data.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain
financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Trend Analysis: Identify and analyze
financial trends, providing proactive recommendations to optimize financial
performance.
Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and expenses
to ensure efficient resource allocation and identify areas for improvement.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Undertake special
projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by management.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,or related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.
– Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
– Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
– Proficient in financial modelling and analysis tools.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
