Job Position – Financial Reporting Manager

Who will take the lead on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning across this thriving business.
Salary: AED 20,000 – 27,000 + benefits
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare financial plans, commercial analysis, and risk management insights
– Oversee monthly financial returns, reconciliation, management accounts, and daily cash flow
– Implement and maintain strong internal controls
– Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations
– Mentor, and manage a team of up to 8 finance professionals
Who We’re Looking For
– Minimum 5 years of recent experience in financial reporting within banking or fintech, this is essential.
– A proven track record of managing teams, with excellent people management and leadership skills
– Strong understanding of the UAE financial regulatory environment
– In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and financial systems
– Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
