Job Position – Fleet Coordinator
Location: UAE
Hiring for a proactive and organized to manage and coordinate company vehicles, drivers, and transportation operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle movements
-Manage driver schedules, assignments, and transportation planning
-Ensure timely maintenance, servicing, and renewal of vehicle registrations and insurance
-Track fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle performance
-Maintain fleet records, logs, and compliance documentation
-Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for transportation requirements
-Monitor vehicle breakdowns and ensure timely resolutions
-Ensure compliance with UAE traffic and transport regulations
-Prepare fleet reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role
-Strong knowledge of fleet operations and transportation management
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and vehicle schedules efficiently
-UAE driving license preferred.
