Job Position – Fleet Vehicle & Maintenance Coordinator

You’ll be responsible for keeping our fleet in top shape, ensuring every vehicle is road-ready and meets the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Overseeing daily fleet maintenance operations
– Scheduling & managing vehicle inspections, repairs, and services
– Working with vendors & service providers for repairs
– Tracking fleet maintenance records & warranties
– Managing the lifecycle of rental vehicles (acquisition to decommissioning)
– Ensuring compliance with safety & regulatory standards
– Handling accident reports, insurance claims & spare parts inventory
-Experience: Minimum 3 years in fleet management or vehicle maintenance (car rental industry preferred)
-Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, & problem-solving abilities
-Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with fleet management software & general office tools
-License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-Bonus: Automotive repair certifications & experience with fleet management systems
