Job Position – Frappe Developer

Dubai, UAE | Full-time

Hiring for an experienced with strong React.js skills to customize, develop, integrate, and maintain ERP Next systems.
Responsibilities
• Customize ERP Next modules (Accounting, CRM, HR, Leasing, etc.)
• Develop custom Doc Types, workflows, reports, print formats, and Frappe apps
• Backend development using Python (Frappe Framework)
• Frontend development using React.js (dashboards, portals, UI)
• Integrate ERP Next with third-party systems via REST APIs
• Handle data migration, permissions, performance optimization
• Deploy, upgrade, and maintain ERP Next environments
• Troubleshoot backend and frontend issues
Requirements
• 3+ years ERP Next & Frappe experience
• Strong Python and React.js skills
• Experience with custom Frappe apps
• Good knowledge of ERP Next architecture, REST APIs
• MySQL / MariaDB and Git experience
Preferred
• Property / leasing system experience
• Docker knowledge
• Accounting / IFRS exposure
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication
