Job Position – Front Desk Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:
-Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and service bookings
-Coordinate with technicians and operations team for smooth service delivery
-Maintain and update customer records and booking systems
-Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups
Administrative Tasks:
-Manage daily reports, documentation, and filing
-Maintain front desk records and logs (visitors, calls, bookings)
-Support basic HR/admin coordination when required
-Assist in invoice preparation, data entry, and documentation
-Ensure office reception area is organized and presentable at all times
Requirements:
-Presentable and well-dressed
-Good communication skills in English
-Previous front desk/customer service experience
-Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
