Job Position – Front Office Manager
Company Name – HRM Finder
For a 5-star hotel in the UAE.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
-Managing daily Front Office operations such as check-ins, check-outs, room reservations, and guest services.
-Ensuring that guest experiences are exceptional by maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
-Monitoring guest feedback and working with the team to address any issues or concerns guests may have.
-Establishing and implementing standard operating procedures for the Front Office team to follow.
-Providing training and development programs to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
-Managing the Front Office budget, including payroll, expenses, and revenues.
-Providing regular reports and analysis to the General Manager or other departments, as required.
-Using effective communication skills to ensure all hotel departments are working together efficiently.
-Ensuring that all Front Office equipment is well-maintained and functioning correctly.
-Overseeing security procedures, including monitoring and controlling access to guest rooms and the hotel.
As a Front Office Manager, you are expected to lead by example and maintain the high standards of a property. You must be adaptable, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
