Job Position – Front office Representative
Company Name – Platinum Coast Hotel Apartment
Seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated Front Office Representative to join our growing team. If you are looking for a dynamic role in a thriving work environment, this is your opportunity!
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and maintain a positive office atmosphere.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update them when necessary.
• Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and other correspondence.
• Draft and prepare outgoing mail, including parcels and other documentation.
• Check, sort, and forward emails efficiently.
• Perform inventory checks on office supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Monitor office expenses and costs to ensure budget adherence.
• Take on additional duties such as travel arrangements, schedules, etc.
Requirements and Skills:
•Proven experience as a Front Desk Representative, Agent, or similar position.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
