Job Position – GC-MS Analyst
Company Name – Sterling Parfums Industries
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform qualitative and quantitative GC-MS analysis of perfume oils, specialty ingredients, and aromatic chemicals
-Interpret GC-MS data and prepare accurate analytical reports
-Investigate problem batches and raw material quality issues
-Support troubleshooting of production and quality concerns
-Assist in analytical method development and validation
-Develop qualitative and quantitative analytical procedures for fragrance and flavor materials
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
Requirements:
-7–8 years of experience in GC/GC-MS analysis, preferably in the fragrance, flavor, or related industry
-Strong knowledge of GC-MS operation, troubleshooting, and data interpretation
-Experience in olfactive and organoleptic evaluation of fragrance and flavor raw materials
-Good understanding of fragrance and flavor ingredients and their analytical characteristics
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
Salary Budget: AED 7,000–8,000 per month
