Job Position – General Foreman – Sewerage Works

Job Description:
ADMAC is seeking a proactive and experienced General Foreman with a solid background in sewerage infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate on-site operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This role is crucial to the timely and efficient delivery of our ongoing and upcoming civil works in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to sewerage and drainage networks, including pipelines, manholes, chambers, and connections.
– Monitor workforce productivity and ensure that all works are carried out according to project specifications and safety regulations.
– Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any site-related issues.
– Ensure that tools, materials, and equipment are available as needed on-site.
– Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce health and safety protocols on the job site.
– Report daily progress to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
– Ensure work is completed within timeframes and budget requirements.
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Foreman in sewerage or drainage infrastructure projects.
– Strong knowledge of underground utilities, particularly sewerage systems.
– Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
– Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
– Familiar with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards and regulations.
– Able to join immediately.
– Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Education:
High School Diploma or relevant technical certification in Civil Construction or related field.
