Job Position – General Manager
Company Name – Palm Beach Hotel
For one of Hotel based in Bur Dubai. Preference will be given to the candidate who has worked in Dubai at the same capacity at any of 3 star & 4 Star Hotel and should be based in Dubai.
Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations. They oversee several elements in a business operating budgets, and launching price promotions that could attract more customers.
– Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
– Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity.
– Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
– Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.
– Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
(Candidates should have Ten years of Hotelier experience with knowledge of IDS software)
