Job Position – Guest Service Associate

What You’ll Do:
-Handle check-in/check-out efficiently using WINHMS PMS
-Ensure smooth guest service operations and resolve guest concerns with care
-Coordinate with housekeeping and support hotel departments
-Manage room assignments, reservations, and payment transactions
-Represent the hotel’s values with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For:
-1–2 years’ experience in front office or guest services (budget or midscale hotel preferred)
-Hands-on experience with WINHMS PMS is highly desirable
-Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
-Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
-Commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction
