5) Safety Officer:
– Mandatory NEBOSH and IOSH certifications
– Previous experience in precast or construction safety management
– Strong knowledge of site safety regulations
6) Structural Engineer:
– Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering
– Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, STAAD
– Skilled in precast structural designs and calculations
7) Precast BIM Modeler:
– Civil Engineering degree
– Minimum 3 years of Revit experience in precast
– Ability to create detailed 3D models and collaborate with design teams
8) Draftsman:
– Civil Engineering degree
– 5 years of precast drafting experience
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and shop drawings preparation
9) QC Engineer:
– Civil Engineering degree
– 5 years of experience in Hollow Core Slabs (HCS) and Stairs, Openings & Elements (SOE)
– Expertise in quality control and precast production standards
10) Estimation Engineer:
– Civil Engineering degree
– Minimum 2 years of precast industry experience
– Analytical skills for project scope determination
– Collaborate with technical teams for accurate cost estimation
