Job Position – Handover Engineer
Company Name –
Location: Doha Qatar
Requirements:
– 8-10 yrs total experience with minimum 5 years of experience in Ashghal infrastructure/road projects
– Proven experience coordinating with GEC and PWA
– Strong expertise in PDLM system and related handover deliverables
– Thorough knowledge of non-PWA assets and stakeholder coordination
– Experienced in preparing, compiling, and closing all handover documentation
– Experienced in preparing, compiling, and closing all handover documentation
– Strong coordination and communication skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field
– with MMUP/UPDA
– Local hire with valid Qatar ID & Driving license
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end handover process in compliance with Ashghal requirements
– Ensure timely submission and approval of all PDLM deliverables
– Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and authorities
– Track asset documentation, drawings, clearances, and approvals
– With a solid background in Ashghal handover procedures and can efficiently drive project close-out.
