Job Position – Head Barista

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and supervise the daily operations of the coffee bar
– Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and espresso-based beverages
– Train, mentor, and develop baristas to maintain consistent quality and service standards
– Ensure compliance with recipes, brewing techniques, and presentation standards
– Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize product waste
– Maintain cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and food safety standards
– Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
– Support operational improvements and work closely with management to achieve business goals
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee environment
– Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, manual brewing methods, and coffee calibration
– Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Good understanding of inventory control and cost management
– Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
– Willingness to grow and contribute to the success of the business
