Your Role:
As our Head Chef, you will:
-Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional, high-quality Lebanese dishes.
-Oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
-Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of creativity, discipline, and excellence.
-Stay ahead of Dubai’s culinary trends to keep Cello Restaurant at the forefront of Lebanese dining.
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end Lebanese restaurant, preferably within Dubai.
-Deep expertise in traditional Lebanese cooking techniques, mezze, grills, and contemporary presentations.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
-Creativity to innovate while preserving the authenticity of Lebanese cuisine.
-Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP) is a must.
-Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
