Requirements:
– Native English speaker (Required)
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Kindergarten teaching, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
– In-depth knowledge of the American curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Strong ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a team of educators.
