    Position Purpose:
    Effectively implement all established internal policies, procedures, and standards with Managers and staff. Monitor performance of managers and internal teams to establish improvement recommendations with follow-up action plans.

    Operating Context:
    Work with the Risk and Audit Manager and Chairman office to review the framework, effectiveness, and adequacy of the Company’s internal control systems and principles, corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and disclosure (including conflicts of interest).

    Quality Assurance Manager Job Duties:
    • Establish and enact quality assurance procedures and methodologies throughout the enterprise processes.
    • Assess current inspection systems and develop new solutions to enhance quality control, frequently working with the company/Department heads and enact and improve these procedures.
    • Implement a comprehensive Quality Management System following industry best practices and conforming to an ISO 9001 standard.
    • Prior experience developing budgets, tracking costs, and working with ERP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Develop, manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
    • lead for external audit reviews and accreditation.
    • Monitor compliance with the Company’s code of conduct and any related policies and investigate cases of violation and non-compliance with such policies.
    • Review the scope and effectiveness of the systems established by management to identify, assess, manage and monitor financial and operational risks.
    • Implement a comprehensive framework to identify and resolve fraud issues.
    • Review the Company’s internal controls and risk management framework.
    • Prepare reports as required for internal review as well as external audits and requirements of the relevant external bodies if requested by chairman.
    • Experience with system resources measurement, SQL Query tools, and Agile methodology.

    Quality Assurance Manager Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or Quality Assurance or related discipline.
    • 12 – 15 Years’ experience in UAE and 5 years of professional experience with quality and reliability practices for large and/or family offices.
    • Experience in Family office / Holding company / Multi entities is a must.
    • Must be a self-starter.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and management.
    • Must be results-oriented.
    • Must have superior organizational and time management skills.
    • Must be able to work independently or on teams in a challenging work atmosphere.
    • Must have an exceptional aptitude for attention to detail.
    • Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
