Job Position – Healthcare Professional Recruitment Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit licensed healthcare professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health, etc.)
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
Collaborate with licensing and processing teams for DHA/DOH/MOH eligibility support.
Build partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and medical centers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (1+ years preferred)
Knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing processes (DHA, DOH, MOH)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
