What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of Business Development/Sales experience within a Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing & Web Development
Experience with lead generation, client acquisition & deal closure
Strong Dubai/UAE or international client exposure
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Proactive, target-driven and comfortable working independently
Start-up mindset with the ability to take ownership across multiple functions
Knowledge of AI-driven marketing solutions is an advantage
