Job Position – Help Desk Officer

To be based in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time onsite role.
Mandatory requirements to apply for this role:
-Degree Level (minimum), A university degree related to Customer Management, Business Management, or Operations Management is desirable.
-Excellent communication skills are highly required for this role.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Help Desk role.
-These roles require 24/7/365 availability and will involve working on a shift basis.
