About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join a prestigious government entity in the UAE. This position is open to anyone who is ready to take on the challenges of providing exceptional technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
–Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
–Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
–Manage and prioritize service requests using the ticketing system.
–Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices and software applications.
–Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
–Maintain documentation of technical procedures and user guides.
–Ensure compliance with government policies and security standards.

Qualifications:
–Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
–Minimum 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
–Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
–Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
–Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
–Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
–Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
