Job Position – House Manager / Supervisor
Company Name –
From the Philippines to oversee the smooth daily operation of a private household.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage housekeeping staff
Oversee house maintenance and coordinate with contractors/service providers
Overlook and coordinate F&B operations
Supervise household staff and ensure duties are completed properly
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service
Assist in coordinating family gatherings, dinners, and special events
Report household requirements and issues to management
Working Conditions:
12-hour shift
1 day off per week
Flexible working schedule required
Must be willing to work longer hours when the family has gatherings, events, or special occasions
Flexibility and availability according to the family’s schedule are essential
Requirements:
Female, preferably from the Philippines
Previous experience as a House Manager / Household Supervisor preferred
Strong leadership and staff-management skills
Well-organized and responsible
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
Good communication skills
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Flexible and willing to assist when required
